Every Mouse knows when it’s PESACH
Every spring of every year.
We can hear you clean your rooms
Whether with your duster or your brooms
Every mouse can smell the cleanser
Hear your mop go splash and splish
We know the aroma of chicken soup
And the smell of Gefilte Fish
And MATZAH --- oo--oo MATZAH -----
Mice really, really, really like MATZAH
That yummy, crumbling MATZAH
Whether Egg, or Wheat, or Chocolate sweet
Every Mouse knows when it’s PESACH
You can’t fool us if you try
We know every corner of your house
And a million places to hide
Every Mouse knows when it’s PESACH
There are many tell-tale signs
Fancy plates … and table cloths …
And lots of bottles of Concord wine
Nothing beats a tender roast beef
With onions and garlic fried in oil
We love all the nuts in CHAROSES
And we love it when the eggs are boiled.
And MATZAH ----- Wonderful MATZAH
Mice really, really, really like MATZAH
Eight great days of MATZAH -----
All those crumbs on the floor are what we adore
Every Mouse knows when it’s PESACH
It’s our favorite time of year ….
The highlight of living in your house ….
If you want to know PESACH ----
Just ask a mouse.

- MATZAH – is the unleavened crackers eaten during the Passover holiday instead of eating leavened bread
- CHAROSES is a paste made of fruits and nuts to signify the building mortar that Israelite slaves were required to produce. There are many different recipes.
