A room filled with broken dreams.  A keyboard with worn-out keys.  A pile of unopened letters falling on the floor.  Don’t answer the telephone.  Pretend that you’re not at home.  You stay up all night trying to write a simple song.

But you’re stuck on the same refrain.  It’s holding you back again.  You can’t find the words to tell her just how much you need.  You need her like sunshine.  She fills you with laughter.  But now that she’s gone, you’re left with a song that’s never complete.

You search the piano … for just the right notes to play, but can’t find the chords to open the doors … and tear down the bars.  You’ve locked up your feelings and can’t find the key.  How can you release the music hidden in your heart?

What good is a mansion?  It’s just a big hideaway.  And tears that you hide … deep down inside … will tear you apart.  You’ve locked up your feelings and can’t find the key.  How can you release the music hidden in your heart?
